ONE TO ONE COACHING

£55 per session

No one else is experiencing life in the same way as you.

Your thoughts, fears, needs and wants will be different from the next person's. You're unique.

So, the way I'll work with you will be unique, tailored to you.

We'll talk and you'll be genuinely heard, valued and understood in a way you might never have been before. I don't work to any particular 'model'. But I aim to help you believe in yourself more than before, be more acknowledging of your thoughts, then help you move forward in a way that you've possibly been wanting to do for a long time.

GROUP SESSIONS

If you live in the Central belt of Scotland, I invite you to join me in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for sessions of mindful conversation, usually around a particular theme or topic.

The sessions are organised and facilitated by me, but the respectful space they offer is created by the group as a whole. Experiences are shared, we listen to each other, learn from each other, inspire each other and enjoy being in the company of like-minded women who want to find a new sense of face-to-face connection. No one is pressured to speak during the conversation, but the aim is for everyone to feel they have a voice should they choose to use it.

Sessions vary: sometimes they are limited to small groups, sometimes they are open to around 30 women. Sometimes they are limited to Peloton members, sometimes they are available to women from the wider public.

Following The Peloton Facebook Page keeps you posted with session dates and details, and ensures you’re offered a place for some of the sessions before they're advertised to a wider audience.

Group Sessions

PELOTON WHEELS

Peloton Wheels is a wellbeing initiative (supported by Recyke-a-Bike and Cycling UK) where women come together for a cycle and chat as part of a supportive group. Wheels is all about building confidence, both on and off the bike. The emphasis is very much on the social aspect of cycling - whatever your experience or ability - and self-confidence building during our café conversations in a safe, respectful space. Less confident members of the group will be morally supported during the rides by Jane, our Wellbeing Coach, but the ethos of all of the Peloton Wheels rides and sessions is to 'be' together as a group. By joining these sessions you are committing to keeping an eye out for others as well as yourself - improving your wellbeing in the process.
