 Self-Care Start to the Year

As this challenging year draws to a close, and 2021 dawns, it’s probably never been so important that you take good care of yourself. Show yourself some love. Nurture yourself.

Give yourself a hug.

Self-care is not selfish. It’s vitally important that we nourish both our bodies and our minds if we want to lead happier, healthier, more fulfilling and more content lives.

With this in mind, I’ve created a wellbeing course for all women - but the course is especially for you if you:

  • Want to ‘feel better’ about yourself, take better care of yourself, but don’t know where to start.

  • Want to feel less tangled and stuck.

  • Have a strong and recurring tendency to always put other people first.

  • Are lacking in motivation.

  • Want to improve specific aspects of your health and wellbeing.

  • Want to explore, deepen and add to your existing self care practices.

  • Want to break bad habits.

  • Want to stop worrying so much about what other people think.

  • Want to feel more fulfilled.

  • Need a warm and nurturing self-caring hug.

Self-care is a form of health-care, so don’t think of this course as an indulgence. Think of it as an investment in your health and wellbeing. You really do deserve it

The course lasts four weeks and comprises of:

  • A short pre-course wellbeing questionnaire

  • Worksheets emailed to you every week, setting your self-care and wellbeing tasks and encouraging you to explore yourself in a way you’ve possibly never done before.

  • Live online sessions for one hour on Monday evenings comprising some teaching from me, some working through of tasks and exercises together and always an opportunity for sharing and group chat (with no pressure to join in) towards the end of each session.

  • Access to a private Facebook group.

  • Learning about and applying a simple model - The Peloton Wellbeing Wheel - which encourages you to build your own wellbeing framework around such ‘spokes’ as nutrition, movement, sleep, breathing, inner dialogue, relationships and environment.

  • Building up your own self-care tool kit including such things as journaling exercises, pausing, pottering, playing, resting, moving, learning, being ‘creative’, connecting, breathing.

  • An optional extra (at a discounted rate) of a one to one coaching session with me, to be taken during the course or within one month of its completion.
